Alright, I didnt burn a recovery disc, and I formatted and installed a different OS. What are my options to go back to a factory state, if there are any?

    Thanks a bunch,

    A.J.

To bring it back to "original" probablly is no longer possible. Though I would look on Acer's support page to find all your specific drivers you would need. As for the applications you had that might be a little tougher. I am not sure if Acer has a recovery partition or not, and if it did maybe you didn't wipe it out completely. I am sure though if you try and contact Acer they may be able to provide you with a resource disk. Don't be surprised if you have to shell out some money for them to send it.

Try contacting Acer and see if they are willing to ship you a set of recovery disc's. Most manufacturers I have seen do send it if one asks but they do charge for it.
