Whenever I open the game Top Spin 2 which I installed on my laptop the game opens fine but when it gets to playing a match and I click on play the game goes out and I get a message along the lines of graphic has not responded and have recovered or something like that.

Could anyone please let me know why I have this problem.

I have Windows Vista on my Acer Aspire 3690 laptop with minimum requirements.

have a look at how much memory the graphics is using.
Type in the run box dxdiag this would test your graphics and let you know how much mem it is using.
then in the BIOS see if you have DVMT or give the graphics more ram.
if you have shared graphics that is :D

let us know how you get on.
    if it doesn't work.
post all your spec's for us.
    all the best,
    Phil :D
