Hi, can somebody mail the service manual to me? I want to find out how to unlock my graphic card pipelines, or change the whole graphic card if possible. much appreciated. e-mail :p[email protected]. Please send with subject:Acer Aspire 5684WLMi

If you noticed, the Acer Aspire 5684WLMi comes with a NVIDIA GeForce Go7600 PCI express, and the Nvidia website (as well as ACER's official website) says that its (graphic card) bus width should be 128-bit, but after doing hardware research, the(well, mine anyway) laptop only runs at 64-bit, as in AGP speeds, which nets VERY low points in 3Dmark 07 and low preformance during gaming. Overclocking doesn't help as the bus width throttles the data transmission speeds.

    Hi Paul

I have an original 5680 series service manual stored on my lappie. I would email it to you today but my internet speed is pathetically slow as the area I am in has vitually no mobile comms.(Just to load NBR website can take up to 1Hour).

I will be travelling soon again to areas with better comms. Might take up to 21days though before I can email you the manual. Let me know if you can wait by emailing me at: [email protected]

    Cheers,
    Theo
