I need assistance on placing this laptop back to when i first bought the unit. I could not find any instructions with my laptop. I went to the Acer site and they said to go to the E-management console?? I do not have that on my machine. I also tried the Alt+F10 but that didn't work as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't you have the recovery cd that came with it? If not format and reinstall the OS and download all the support software and driver on Acer's support site?
