I have recently replaced the original Intel wireless card with an Intel 5300. The card installs Ok and drivers are fine, but the hardware radio switch is off and cannot be turned on. If I put the original card back in then it works fine. The card is Ok as I have tried it in a Dell laptop. As anyone else seen this?
