I'd like to buy a new battery since the wear of my battery is of 18%.
My battery is an original 6 cell 11.1v 5600mah.
I've seen on ebay batteries for 1830T, 6 cell 10.8v and 5800mah. They should give just a bunch of minutes more of autonomy.
Would it be a safe purchase? Or better to stick with an original 6 cell 11.1v 5600mah?

As far as I know, 1810 and 1830 batteries are not compatible.

Track down what both laptops use for a battery and compare.

    I don't have a 1830T available, I can't directly compare them, that's why I'm asking...
