    Is anyone know if someone is actually working on Acer's AMD switchable graphics problem?

    I have been looking around soo much, emailing acer and amd dont do anything because there tech help is completely clueless on what this is (if you dont know what this is it basicly the two graphics card in the laptop arnt supproting openGL and it also doesnt let you choose what card is running)
    if you know anything about this, im at my wits end and i need some good news :mad: :confused:

    You can only select one card in Bios set-up . Go to system Bios and select one of this option.
    -Switchable : Computer will do the switching when it sensing the power supply sources.
    - Discreet : Computer will using the main card.(power supply source has no effect)
    This is what I did for 3820TG but I think its same with other models as well.

    What's the problem? Stock Acer drivers for the 3820TG.

    thanks hsmlcookie i looked in the bio's nothing about grahpics cards in there, is there i bios update i should try? ohh and i forgot to say my computar is a acer 7750g-6634

    so i downloaded a bio update and now theres a thing saying, switchable or intagrated but not discreet

    By default, the bios is set on "switchable". You could try to set it on "integrated"

    Also go back to Acer download site to see if there a new drivers for your system. There is a driver control the graphic cards switching I believed.

    I dont have a sandy bridge in my laptop its a intel i5 but thanks anyways
