Hi....I just bought this new laptop 2 days ago. and I tested the system by using sisoft to utilize CPU to 100% about 15 mins. The result is its temp goes to 78-80 Celcius. The idle is around 42 Celcius. Is this normal for youguys?

    Thanks

Its quite normal for some Core 2 Duo processors to reach such "high" temperatures, particularly, in smaller notebooks. Its nothing to worry about, as the processor can operate at even higher temperatures. If you feel that it is still a little high, then a cooling pad should be able to bring the temperatures down a few degrees Celcuis.

    Another Question
I'm using speedfan and NHC. The idle cpu temp of speed fan is 34 C but the NHC show 51 C. Which one the most accurate temp? Now i'm confused. Thanks

Its likely that its NHC. I believe Speedfan had some problems after a new version was released. You could use another program just to confirm this.

Can you recommend another temp monitor software(freeware) just to confirm this?

Intel's Thermal Analysis Tool (TAT) is good for temperatures, and it suffice for the task of which you require it for. Its an older program used for Pentium M processors, so I don't recommend as a temperature monitoring program for use in place of something like NHC, which is more accurate.
