This (an Acer Aspire AS5672WLMi) seems to be much cheaper than any other notebook I've found with an x1600, and it seems to have decent specs otherwise, too. Anyone have any experience with this model?

Pretty decent. I would have gotton that if it was that cheap when I got my E1505. The CPU lacks a little power.. but it's more than good enough for todays games. You may need to upgrade that later. X1600 is a good computer.

The x1600 in the 5672wlmi is the neutered 64-bit memory model. It's decent for graphics and straddles the boundary between a x1400 and a real x1600
Is this a good deal?
