Yes, I said somewhere else that I ordered it, but I really bought it but leaving it untill x-mas to use.
Anyway, I took it out of the book the other night to look at it. The battery, AC, was not in a bag. The laptop only had some foam on the outside, nothing on the screen. The books and were in the bag, and Vista was there.
Does that sound normal? Almost like it was on display. AS LONG AS IT WORKS, AND THE BATTERY IS GOOD. Its fine.
Just doesnt seem normal for it all to be out.
Comments?
btw, it was the last one, if I didnt get that one I would have to wait untill feb. to get one, so I got this one and will wait till x-mas to use it.

There is usually a clear plastic protector on the screen.
My books were in the box and not inside the bag.
It sounds like you got one that had been opened or displayed. As long as it works and is under warranty. Who cares. Be sure to check it out carefully and make sure that everything is there and functional.
It came with Vista? I din't think Vista was supposed to start shipping until early next year. Are you sure that it is not an advertisement to upgrade to Vista? If not, you may have been fortunate to have one included (i.e. it would save you upgrade costs).
Where did you get the laptop? -
I was thinking that about the screen, but the book was sealed, so maybe it didn't have to have stuff on the screen. Also, It is a upgrade to Vista, I worded it wrong. Sorry.
Also, Is the upgrade to Vista free? -
Vista is free. Well kind of.
You have to pay for the shipping and taxes.
