    Okay, memory came, all fitted, very happy :) Actually finding a decent explanation of how to fit it, however, is next to impossible.

    Thanks to another member here, I managed to get as far as prying lose the top panel which houses the power button, and the Aspire 2010 logo. But after several minutes of hopeless waggling...it wouldn't come loose, and I've succesfuly managed to put some lovely scratches on the top panel trying to pry it loose with a flat head srewdriver :( ah well, tis only cosmetic.

    Aaanyway, simple one this...there's a screw on the bottom of the laptop, labelled "H". Loosen this and the top panel just pops right off.

    From there, just use a cross head screwdriver, preferably magnetic (the screws are tiiiny) to loosen the keyboard and voila, theres the other memory slot!!
