Hello, I have an Acer aspire 5050 laptop. With AMD Turion 64X2 and 1 GB of DDR2 RAM. I had to reformat the system after the system crashed for some reason after I updated Windows XP SP3. After that, I found the speed way too slow. I can only type a couple of letters on the keyboard and the touchpad doesn't work most of the time. The wireless card doesn't work either. The system indicates that all the hardware are working properly. I can't install any drivers from acer either as it stops somewhere in the middle. I have no idea how to solve this. Anyone can offer some help? Thanks in advance.

download the drivers from the site then install them from the windows update feature manually not with the .exe file on the drivers folder then reboot
