    Greetings,

I've replaced a cracked screen on an Acer Aspire 6930. Upon powering it on, I realized the MIC cable was disconnected. I opened the display, reconnected the MIC cable, but upon putting it all back together, the only display on the screen that I get is the backlight. There's no images or colors. It's just light. I've checked all of the cables to ensure they're seated properly, and spent several hours disconnecting/reconnecting everything. The system does POST and boot (I can tell by the hard drive activity), however, the display is just light.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? :(

    Thanks so much!!
