I received the upgrade package from Acer for the Vista premium. I went through the vailidation process and installed the latest drivers with the disk supplied. However after succesful installation my screen will freeze after working for 10 minutes. Also my wireless is not working. The button keeps blinking and I get error message that the router is not operating. However my other laptop seems to communicate fine wit hthe router.

PC model: Acer 9300-5317, AMD turion X2, 1.6 GHz, 1 Gig ram, intel 950 graphics.

Were you doing a clean install? Try that, I think you'll get better success.

If I do clean install then means I have to format the hard drive. Right?
