I recently bought the Acer Aspire 5672 Notebook with x1400 and I just noticed that there is some light leakage on the bottom of my Screen. I had initially thought that this was in all the 5672 Models. But now I think it might only be in mine. The light leakage I'm talking about is when in bootup or in a black screen you see white light at the bottom of the screen something resembling to this..

The above image is from a 8204 notebook but it looks similar to that..

Could the owners of the 5672 please test and see if this is common or not..

    Thanks.

Nope, mine seems to be fine. However if I tilt the screen down, I do see a little bit of "leakage", but that might also be some reflections caused by the viewing angle.

    Cheers.
