The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi ,
    Anyone using Linux on VN7-792g recently. I appreciate if you share your experiences especially on :

    GPU switch to/from integrated intel graphics.
    In particular does the HDMI port working when using just the intel integrated.

    P.S. A google search shows people not-so-smooth experiences with Linux, but those discussions doesn't seem very recent.

    EDIT: There is a typo in the title and I don't know how to change or delete the thread. I meant VN7-792g the new model...
