    Lock laptop?

    On the side of my laptop (left side), there is a little whole, and a picture of a lock, and a "K" inside of it. Any telling what this is for?

    Might be able to get a picture later.

    Hi,

    that is the "Kensington Lock". Just Google for it. There is a lot of security stuff for it.

    That is for a Kensington Lock. Essentially, a lock with a cable to secure your notebook from easily being stolen.
