    I need a laptop. Not bigger than one of the 15` since it still has to be partially portable, thin and light would be nice too.

    I will be using it for surfing the web, watching DVDs and Word programs. Some games will be played once in a while but not hardcore. I heard that the

    The ASUS Z70V might be something you would like to check out.

    It got a 15.4" screen and with the optical drive it will be just around 6.0lb. It only got the X600 instead of the X700, but if you will use it for light gaming only you should be fine.
