It came with 1gb of memory. I wanted to upgrade to the maximum of 4gb which is possible as I checked before hand. The problem is, when I put both 2gb in, it won't boot up. If I put just one 2gb in. No problems. I have tried both individually and they work fine. Just not together. I even tried one 2gb and the 1gb that it came with and it won't boot either. Does anyone have any ideas? Please help! :)

Did you try one 2Gb stick at a time? It sure looks like a faulty RAM stick.

Yes I did. I tried both 2Gb sticks individually and they worked fine. At first I thought the same thing, faulty RAM, but they seem to work one at a time.
