    I have tried downloading and installing the modem drivers from Acers website. I have been unsuccessful doing so. I continue to get a failure notice. Is there an alternate driver for this model. I do not have the recovery disc (they were lost in a fire).

    If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Try downloading the driver from another mirror - by selecting another language and/or country and retrying the download. I have done this in the past for getting printer drivers.
