    Multimedia Keys.. HELP!

    Hey guys.. i was juss wondering if there was anyway to use the multimedia keys on the right side of my aspire 1681 for winamp or windows media player.. after i installed my own version of windows.. the multimedia keys and the 4 buttons near the power button stopped working.. anybody?

    Thanks alot! how bout the play buttons and fastforward and rewind buttons? they dont seem to work..

    You need to download a program called "Launch Manager." You can find it here - http://www.acerpanam.com .

    After installing the program, run it and you can adjust the keys to fit your needs.


    >> I'm certain that when I got the laptop the icon continually ran in my taskbar, but now I have to manually start the prog each time I start Windows. Any idea how to keep it continually running?

    this program only allows me to customize the buttons near the top.. how bout the multimedia buttons.. anyway to make this work with winamp?

    Many thanks for the LAUNCH MANAGER query... also, on another topic, I'm having terrible trouble with the space bar on my keyboard. It doesn't always seem to work... is it the way I hit? Are they notorious for this?

    i dunno about the space bar.. but sometimes when i alternate between 2 programs and begin typing.. it misses some keys.. not sure if its normal or if its just my keyboard.. oh well..
