It appears to be a video problem. Whenever I play Call of Duty or Diablo II (the only 2 games I have installed on the computer so far) it will play a few minutes and up to an hour on the game and then randomly lock up, the screen just has bars of color running vertically up and down on it.

You may be overheating too...first try upgrading the video card drivers to see if that helps.

Hmmm, Overheating? It is hot on the bottom of it. How can I keep it cool enough to work for a few hours at a time?

If it's not hot than that's probably not it. I'd try new drivers or go with the Omega ones. There's more on the latter in the upgrades and mods forum.

Ah. You are using integrated graphics.

It could be freezing up due to the northbridge overheating. Yeah, integrated graphics weren't really meant to play games.

Omega drivers are specially modified drivers (started with the stock ones) that you can download. They offer better performance, I've been using them for months.
