    Dear Sirs,
I bought last year from my mobile phone company this notebook: Acer Aspire 1410-742G16N. It is a customized version geared for the Italian market but basically is an Intel celeron 743 with 2Gb of Ram and windows Home Premium 64bit. Now the problem is that when I try to shut down the machine via Windows the notebook only reboots. I've already opened an RMA for this problem but the machine returned with the same problem and I opened a lawsuit against Acer. The curios thing is also that when I shut down the machine physically pushing on the power button, sometimes after ten or fifteen minutes without any intervention the machine reboots!!
No viruses or malware, I've already checked with four diffrent security suites.
What can I do in order to shut down the machine properly?
I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon
    Regards
    Andrea Orsini
