    I didn't know where to post this and I thought here would more likely get a response. In NHC's hard disk settings what do all those settings do exactly?
    like standby an accoustic management and advanced power management? The notebook is pretty quite already so I can't really hear anything, what would be the best options for more battery life and how much of a difference would I get in battery life?

    I think plugging in the battery and seeing the watt usage difference would be the best to find out.
