    NT Kernel & system CPU problems with docking station in use

    Hi,

    When i dock my acer 6292 in the docking station with the lid closed there is a proces NT Kernel & System which consumes nearly 100% of the CPU.

    When i OPEN the notebook, i don't have this problem. Who can help me out?
