Service manuals can't be shared here- copyright issues.
You don't need a service manual to upgrade memory- all you need to do is unscrew the hatch on the bottom of your notebook and replace the memory- and it doesn’t void warranty.

I can't help you with service manual- I don't have one for this notebook and I don't think there's one publicly available. Let's not discuss this subject anymore.

That said service manual for upgrading RAM is an overkill- there are not that many hatches on the bottom of the notebook to choose from. So all you need to do is unscrew all the screws holding it and pry it open (it doesn't come off easily)

okey, and there is another problem.
My laptop BIOS now is v1.11. After I Upgrade the VGA BIOS year is set to 1994, is that serious problem?? On Intel GMA Software memory used just only 8 MB. How could I increase the shared memory until 128 MB according to the BIOS setting on Intel GMA software??

Video memory is automagically assigned if requested by the application.

Michael wanted to type automatically and that means you don't have to do nothing about it- just update drivers to the most recent ones and leave it alone.
