    Need Help with Acer

    I have a Acer Aspire 6920 with Vista and my screen goes black after i log in I can get to Task manager to open programs and internet sites. Please help I have tried alot of stuff.

    It sounds like Vista is messed up.

    Do you have a set of recovery discs to reinstall Vista from?

    yes apart from that try to run windows in safe mode, or get something called ultimate boot cd..run , save evrything u need and new windows.
    if new windows doesn,t help than u know the answer... acer support line..

    anyway just call their support line they do know their products. i am using acer as well no problems at all. never. fingers crossed...
