I'm looking to get a 2nd AC charger adapter for my aspire one and am trying to find one with the angled jack tip, instead of straight. I believe this puts less pressure on the jack this way.

Can anyone recommend a place to get one? Preferably cheap obviously. I'm wiery of ebay as I'd like a warranty. Thanks.

also... how does the amperage factor in? I see several with twice the amperage of mine and not sure if that'll fry my little netbook or not. Some are 3.5 amps. Is this fine? I believe this is a max rating, correct? Thanks.

When it comes to the charger/power cord for the laptop, it's best not to muck around to much, if your going to buy one, it would be best to stick to one with the same power outputs as the one you've already got. If it's got different outputs, I'm pretty sure some damage will be done in the long run.

It's the same voltage though. I thought those amperage ratings were the max though. Can anyone clarify and/or recommend a decent replacement adapter? Thanks.
