    Hello,
 I was reading threads and feel you can help: my cursor jumps all over the place when I am trying to type an email, which is frustrating. I have tried to download solution from ACER site: once I attempt to download, site not available. Thanks for any suggestions!: :)

i've been having the same issue downloading from acer's site today

BROWSE THE FTP SITE rather than using the DRIVER DOWNLOAD LINK.,,,, then you should
try RIGHT CLICKING and then click SAVE AS...

and the ALPS driver stopped my cursor from jumping around
i'm not sure about the driver for your model,, but on my model there are both ALPS and SYNAPTICS drivers available...

let me know if you still have problems downloading files

Hi, suggest you temporarily disable the pad by pressing function F5, then type your email, and re-enable using fn/f7 when you want the pad back again
    regards Brian
