    New 7200 Drive for Acer 5920G?

    Anyone know if this drive will work fine in my 5920G? One sale for one day only ....

    I don't see why not - the 5920G has a SATA hard drive port, and thus almost all 2.5" SATA hard drives are compatible with it.

    Thanks ... looks like the deal wasn't that great anyhow as there are other comparable drives in the same price range and reading up on that one it seems to have quite the record of failure (or used to anyhow). In any event, not sure how much hotter a 7200rpm drive will cause my already hot 5920 to get! Though for $80 or so that seems like a cheap upgrade.
