    New Acer Aspire 4740 Drivers Question

    I am reformatting my new Acer 4740, with the new i5 processor and the acer support website shows all the available downloads for my specific notebook, but however, there are sometimes duplicate drivers, look at this picture:

    You can see different drivers, for example, the touchpad has ALPS, and Synaptics, and the Wireless Lan has Atheros, Broadcom, and Intel...
    Do I have to install ALL of these? Or just 1? If just 1, then how do I know which one to install?

    No, if you have ALPS touch pad download and install the appropriate driver, if you have Synaptics touchpad download the driver for synaptics.
    You can see what you have in Device manager by going to Start-> right click Computer-> manage.
