    Ok guys today my laptop starting acting up i was surfing the web and my laptop froze ,but i could still move the mouse around the screen then after about 30 sec like this it goes black...it doesnt shut down just screen goes black...it seems to onlky happen on the internet like when im on websites did it on this website also when i was trying to write this the first time it started 2 day about 7pm and has done it like 3 or 4 times since anything would help ty

    Ok i think i know why i just inspected my laptop and the left batery lock is broken like it has no spring action so battery was connecting and disconecting ,but im plauged into wall anyhow ,but could this be the cuase of my above problem?

    when it happens if i closemy laptop so it goes to sleep mode and open it back up the picture and website come back up but when i scroll up or down on the page it lags like scips it does that even if i close and reopen the internet only stops when i restart

    any help its gotten worse happens alot now

    bump it officialy only happens when im on websites not in WoW which seems more demanding then websites

    could it be virus/spyware?

    Can No One Help Me?????? Plz Help

    If this seems to occur only in some websites then it might be related to flash, java or your web browser. Try using another browser and check if it freezes. Also do an antivirus/spyware check since you suspect it.

    no it happens at any website it doesnt matter but it only happens when im on the internet not online gaming or anything else..could it be overheating?

    Check your temperatures using either Core Temp, NHC or RM Clock. Is the system physically hot to touch??? Do you hear the fans running. You said that the system is fine when playing WoW, if so then overheating might not be the cause.
