    I just picked up an acer aspire 7720 on friday to replace my recalled hp dv9000. they would not ship the part to me for replacement so I needed a new one. obviously i was not going to buy another HP...customer service is horrible. I wanted HP to ship the part to my local computer shop. have them put the new mobo for me. I can't be without my computer for any more than a week. they were willing to ship a box to me, thats takes a wk. ship the computer to them. another wk, 9-14 days there, and another wk shipping back. No dice. So here I am typing on my new acer. I think its an awsome notebook, and vista is rockin too. hope to be here along time.
