    Hi to all :) :)

My main aim is to playback Blu-ray ripped movies from 6935g and output to projector via hdmi. :D
When projector is connected to 6935g, yeah, it detected the projector and the desktop appears on the projector screen, that's the easy part
6935g downsized to 1280x720p automatically, guess that is because my pj only supports 720p and not 1080p, need to start save again for a 1080p pj,huh!
Now the big question
Powerdvd playback the movie on the 6935g screen but the powerdvd on the pj screen is black in color, no movies :(
I use powerdvd instead of acer arcade deluxe because the latter does not play Blu-ray ripped movies, also the acer arcade does not play blu-ray disc from the blu-ray drive, it says graphic driver not compatible :( :( it does however play the demo disc when pj not connected
    PJ is btw hdcp compliant
Hope someone can really help clear my problem, cheers to all :D :D

Try to use the last version of AnyDVD HD, it may clean the video signal and let you watch your movie with your PJ

    hi darika
    how was your new year?
you suggested using anydvd hd,well, i was not quite there yet, only halfway.
i managed to play blu-ray out of the disc using powerdvd on the notebook screen but still not able on the pj screen
as for the acer arcade deluxe, it plays on notebook screen but not on pj screen, however the graphic driver compatibility message no longer appears.
some improvement though, just not quite there yet.
do you have any suggestions for improvement?
    greatly appreciated.

Maybe you have to configure that your main monitor will be your PJ, that's why it still play on your notebook screen and not on your TV, because your notebook monitor is set to be main. You have to go to the "Display Settings" to do it. I got the same problem longtime ago with the begining of DVD on PC when I wanted to see it on TV. After that, when you set your PJ as main monitor, the video should play but will be black on your notebook.

This is the last good advice I can give and I think it should work ;)

thx alot, you have been providing good advice. Actualy I have sound problem also, not able to output to my surrond av receiver. I tried 3.5mm to RCA adapter and connect digital coaxial to receiver, but to no luck :(

You must configure your output audio settings, have you done it?
    See my screenshot ;)

    Hi again,

I think I got the wrong adapter, 3.5mm male to RCA female. I run a digital coaxial cable from here to my receiver.
I think I need a 3.5mm optical rather than digital coaxial adapter, no wonder no sound :(
Now my problem is to find this adapter, just don't know what kind of shops carry them in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Will come back to you if I get some answers. Bye :)
