Hello, I reformatted my Acer 4920,so i downloaded drivers online, but only the E-recovery was unable to install, it says NOTD2D cannot be installed, please what does notD2D means and I did not do an entire Image ghosting of my computer, the ALT + F10 does not work. Can the original factory settings be restored back????????? Please can someone tell me what to do.

A warm reply will be needed.
    Thx.
