Probably 500GB, as there aren't any larger 2.5" SATA laptop drives available yet.

I've read that your laptop has an MXM II slot for the graphics card, but it's not for sure.

There has to be something over here I could do..........Tell me about GT130M heard it uses the same power as 9600M GT........Also, what about 256-bit interface cards from nvidia which would be supported by my slot...........

You know just please tell me which is the best MXM 2 card out thier any company you think will be supported and far better then 9600m GT I could get.........

Right now the best MXM 2.0 is 9600M GT. No 256-bit cards will work. How do you have 640GB? Do you have two 320GB HDDs in your computer? If you do, the max upgrade you can do is 2x 500GB HDDs as stated above.

Guys, I use windows vista ultimate 64-bit edition and I have following issues with it...

For the first three-four months I have got no problem at all. But, after that my programme files go missing like the .sys, .dll to run a specific program.
Programs like Acer Arcade or sometime the VGA settings get jumbled up or the sound card setting gets jumbled up..I dont use net much on my laptop other trhen surfing hotmail or yahoo... I checked with the acer guys here, they say try using the os that came with your system which means limiting my self to 3gb of ram cuz my current ram is 4gb.....

But, could this issue be...It happens in rare case..the windows never crash thats for sure but drivers get jumbled....I have a norton antivirus fully updated and running 2009 version.

Also, I have heard here that guys like chris have 8920G and have got DDR3 ram init.....Can I also get DDR3 ram

    Any sort of highly appreciated

If your computer has DDR2 RAM, that is what it has; it's not possible to install DDR3 RAM in it.

Get rid of that nonsense norton protection. also, check if your lappy gets hot (a second hdd might add to the heat build up inside)

a hdd check wouldn't hurt either...

will check with nod32 but what you think why it should happen like that....Deos sound a little wierd problem that an antivirus will mess up my VGA and Sound card settings and also replace the program files.....
