Hi just bought a ACER Aspire 5920G T7300 2GB of RAM and the PC tech of the shop made me an upgrade of 2gbs of RAM, therefore he made it 4gbs in total as i requesed.

But when I checked the properties of my computer it shows 3070mbs,so 3Gbs of RAM.
The shop personnel ensured me that its normal because it have Vista home.

Is this normal. Can you explain please.
    Thanks.
