    OK, Im gonna update my BIOS, i need to know how to backup my existing BIOS

    So i got and Acer Aspire 6920g the 2.0ghz processor, 3gigs RAM, 250gigs hard drive version.

    idk about you guys but UT3, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space, Prince of Persia and Jericho lag like hell after a few minutes of gameplay even on low settings.

    so i decided to update my BIOS, and since i know this is a very risky and dangerous step to take i have to know all the precautions i can take to restore the BIOS if something bad happens >_<

    first i gotta know, how da hell am i gonna backup my current BIOS???, i read some other threads and they say u back it up on a floppy disk.....ehm...in case u havent noticed, ACER ASPIRE 6920G DOESNT HAVE A FLOPPY DISK DRIVE!!!, so how do i backup my bios and how do i restore my BIOS from the backed up BIOS???, on what storing methods or whatever....

    and if u can help me here as well, idk what program came with the aspire that can burn dvds and cds :S, whats it called???, cuz i downloaded Nero 9 and it couldnt burn a god damn thing!!

    P.S : i know this sounds stupid, but idk whats the motherboard model :S , thus i dont know where to go to check the instructions to do the whole BIOS update thing.

    P.S 2 : Please dont go with alot of abreviations, cuz i never done anything to BIOS before and i dont know any stuff like NWR, KFC, Mcdonalds or whatever, so go simple please ^^
