Has anyone downloaded OneNote onto the Acer Aspire One NetBook? If so, what's the quality?

Has anyone downloaded Eclipse onto the Acer Aspire One NetBook? If so, what's the quality of that?

I'm thinking about getting one for college to take quick notes and was wondering about the functionality of the above programs.

I was also wondering how Vista would function on the NetBook, and how that might affect OneNote and Eclipse.

Thanks again for your input, it is very much appreciated.
