If only the spacebar is broken then why don't you pop a couple of keys and clean it out (when the battery is removed, off course)

There are two screws in hinge

after you open open the lid untill flat.
The cover above keyboard can be removed it just secured by a little plastic part to hold
remove it and you can remove the keyboard also, only two screws also.

Dry it with a hairdryer, or just buy new keyboard for 50$

    hello,

how would i pop keys off?? it feels like i'm going to break it when i pull at the keys... tahts actually how i broke my space bar =p.. should i use a screw driver.

also, i unscrewed all the screws on the bottom of the laptop, including the ones by the harddrive, but nothing is coming off.. it seems like something in the middle is holding it, but i can't find any screws, unless they are screws attached to the motherboard..

    any ideas?
