Hey guys. I seem to be having the same problem that the person in this thread was having with a loose chip:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/acer/256427-very-tricky-failure-fixed-disk-error-aspire-5100-a.html

Pushing down right below the Windows key does seem to solve my problem. I'd like to open up the computer to try to more permanently fix the problem, but I can't seem to get the laptop apart. I've taken out every screw I can find on the the thing, but it still don't open up. Anyone have any pointers for me? Or is there a tutorial (pictures would be nice) about how to open it up?
