I've seen a few guys around here with super good benchmarks results (pi to 2M in 1:11, 4515 3dmark05)

    I've been getting pi to 2M in ~1:20 and 4315 3d marks.

What steps should i take to suck all the juice i possible can out of this machine?

I've done a few of the optimization guides on this site, as well as a fresh install. I installed XP Home as opposed to Pro, but that shouldnt have made a difference, should it have?

I'm using the omega drivers for the x1600.

That would be me. What I did to obtain those scores is absolutely nothing. I updated the drivers from the Acer website for the graphics card, and I ran the tests right after I got all the Acer software setup the way I wanted.
I got 1:11 on pi the first few times I did it, but now I get around 1:19 because I have various security programs running and more hard drive used, if it makes a difference. As for the 3dMark05 score, I just rebooted and ran 3dmark and didnt touch it until it was done. I havent done any overclocking, just driver updates.
Maybe it makes a difference that mine came with 667 RAM?

I have 4530 with 533MHz memory, no OC, 3315 BIOS, Acer drivers (Catalyst 6.3) and without clean installation... I had similar results with 3313 BIOS also. I don't think that RAM is your problem.
