    Hi! Over-clocking with RivaTuner. Right now I'm at 500Mhz for core, 1Ghz for shader and 425MHz for RAM.

    On idle graphics card is at about 63C and processor at 33C with fan off.

    To put some load on system, I used Intel BurnIn standard test and two instances of 64bit version of fluidsGL.exe from nVidia's Cuda SDK (acording to GPU-Z, the load on graphics card is about 93%). Mandelbrot.exe does put some more load on graphics card, but it closes as soon s application looses focus, so it isn't as convenient.

    When I run tests, temperatures are around 85C for graphics card and 65C for processor.

    I wanted to ask you how much should I overclock the graphics card and what are safe temperatures? I plan to use this laptop for few more years, so I do not wan to cook my graphics card.

    Do you notice much improvement when gaming with the overclock, I was thinking about overclocking too.

    Check my signature for a better OC review. LOL.

    Do not use Rivatuner to OC. It sucks!

    Get Nvidia System Tools to OC your Nvidia GPU.

    It's easier and better than RivaTuner because it supports any Nvidia Driver.

    Download Nvidia Latest Forceware(Driver) for maximal performance.
    But, currently, latest Nvidia Forceware(Driver) is problematic.
    So, download Forceware 186.81 or 186.82. They're a lot better.

    Download Driver Sweeper. Google about it and how to use it and why we need it.

    Download latest DirectX for maximal performance too.

    Maximal Temperature of my CPU: 54-56C
    Maximal Temperature of my GPU: 72-75C
    Room Temperature: 26-28C

    @DarkSilver
    Great temperatures! How did you obtain them?

    I'll try with nVidia System tools. Hopefully It'll work this time.
    I'm usinng 195.62 driver. I need newer versions for some programming that I'm experimenting with.

    @Angelwings

    I still haven't tried to play computer games with overclocked graphics card. At the moment, I'm using SETI@home.

    EDIT: nVidia system tools still keep freezeng my system everytime I try to start one them :(
