    Hi,
    I'm using Acer Aspire 4720ZG. I formatted the PQSERVICE carelessly. I've found Acer NAPP CD/DVD can do to restore the partition. But it needs login name and password. Is there anyway to restore the PQSERVICE without an NAPP disc or give me the login names of csd.acer.com.tw?

    P.S. Don't give the following login name / password as they are not available.
    admin / admin
    admin / password
    acer / acer
    axvi / acer11

    get the same system and backup mbr with hidden partition and wright that to your system +/- 20gb
