Hi Dzoniko,
The BIOS locking of notebook computer is not like the BIOS in desktop systems anymore. This is for security reasons and the fact of skyrocketing notebook theft. In the newer notebooks when you set these security features they are not so easy and in many cases are nearly impossible to crack (especially IBM, but the others are catching on quickly) I would just try to remember the password you used when set it, or if you bought it from someone have them give you the password. If you can't figure out the password, you need to call Acer and see what it will cost for them to fix it; also be prepared to have a copy of your original invoice with the serial number on it because they won't fix this kind of security thing unless you can show your the legitimate owner.
good luck
