    Please someone help!!! with this here Acer laptop

    I have a acer aspire 5100 notebook ,I have had it a year this past Oct.The problem I have is it will power up and the Acer screen will come up with the little bar going from left to right of the screen at the bottom .Well the bar will go almost to the right side of the screen and it stops and beeps twice .The screen reads the following :

    system BIOS version v2.00
    bus 06, device 02, function:00
    ERROR
    resource conflict PCI in slot 03
    bus 06, device 04, function 00
    ERROR
    resource conflict pci in slot 03
    bus 06, device 04, function 01
    ERROR
    resource conflict PCI in slot 03
    bus 06 device 04 function 02
    ERROR
    resource conflict PCI in slot 03
    bus 06 device 04 function 03
    I tried reloading the OS ,with no avail . One before I had this problem and took for repair , worked good for just about 30 days and then started the same mess again . Took it back to be repaired again , tech said it was a conflict with the network card . A friend of mine flashed the bios with version 3.10 and retried to load OS when doing this it would do everything up to when is says please wait ,the drive runs and then quits . Nothing more happens . We pulled the harddrive out to see if the harddrive was the problem and tried to boot up the computer . It still did the same as before beeping twice . Oh when it beeps twice and the error screen comes up it gives you choices to resume press f1 or press f2 or the three different option to start in any of the safe modes .When you press any of those it all stops with the following AGPCPQ.SYS. I am unable to get it to boot up any further than I advised above. If anyone I mean anyone can help me with this ,and to get this rectified you do not know how much it would mean to me . I have spent $$ on this already plus what I paid for it at Curcuit City which offers no help and no help from Acer due to it being out of warranty .

    Did you try to default the Bios before reloading OS?

    The mainboard has failed on this unit; i've seen many of the 5100 units with this or a similar failure recently. You'll need to send it to acer for repair.
