I have 3 Extensa 5430-5720's that are all doing the same thing. When they are turned on the power indicator lights are all that you see. The fan will spin up and then go off. After a bit of searching and reading, I found quite a number of people have had this same problem. A stuck lid switch is what is suggested as the problem. This model does not have a manual switch. It has a magnet in the bezel that controls a electronic switch. Is there any way to fix this problem?
