Recently I've installed AVG Free 2011 on my Acer 8920g laptop.

The pre-scan fails, showing that :

    c:\Program Files\Acer Arcade Deluxe\Homemedia\Kernel\DMP\HNKernel.sys

    .... is corrupted.

    Has anybody else seen this?

Also, trying to install Adobe Lightroom 3 and I get this message:

"This application has failed to start because mfc100u.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Are these problems related? I downloaded and placed the mfc100u.dll file in the proper folder(s) but to no avail. Not sure what to do for the Acer Arcade Deluxe corrupted notification.

    Someone please help.

I have the same problem and when I tried to move it to vault I kept getting a message saying removing it might cause the system to crash. Never had that message before and don't know what to do..
