    Hi, I'm curious if anybody has the screen/display model for this laptop and whether or not they've overclocked the screen's refresh rate. Thanks.

    EDIT: Nvm In another post a user mentioned that it uses the LG Philips LGD0590 (LP156WF6-SPK6) panel which users have said cannot be overclocked past 64Hz so I guess my post was not completely useless as lurkers will see this :p

    It's a pretty low end panel. I'd honestly suggest skipping the Helios 300 as a whole, there are better laptops for the money.

    Yeah I'm thinking of the Dell, it has a 1050 ti but it's very sturdy and the panel might be overclock-able. Going to ask the Dell forum about that!
