    Problem 5810TZG and HD4330

    Hello,

    i have a problem i can't solve with may 5810TZG and the ATI HD4330. In some games like the Sims 3, i have graphical artifacts (polygones everywhere etc.).

    It seems that some radeon mobility HD4330 users have the same problem. I am on win 7 64bits and the HD4330 drivers are the latests from Acer.

    I tried to modify the catalyst center parameters for 3D but nothing solve my problem.

    If you had the same problem and found a solution ...

    Did you try downloading the drivers from ATI ..... from my experience they are way better than Acer ones

    the problem is that acer timeline with hd4330 and intel graphic chipset are not supported by last ATI drivers.

    Did you download a small installer from the ati website, and it said you card was not supported?

    If so go into the bios, and change the graphic adaptor from switch able to discreet and then try the downloader again, but dont forget to change back to switchable before you do the install.

    Also just install straight over the top of the old display driver, do not uninstall anything, i use to have an 5810tzg :)

    If i install ATI drivers, will i still be abe to have switch able graphic cards (both hd4330 and intel chipset) ?

    Yes, just dont touch the stock Intel drivers, and just overwrite the ATI ones as i mentioned in my previous post.

    It`s a few months since i had my 5810TZG , but i had a driver that had both new intel and ati drivers in one download, but it will be old now.
